The hotel staff is always friendly and polite. The location is fantastic, right next to St. Petersburg's main attractions, Waffle House, and the city center - it doesn't get any better than this!

There was absolutely nothing to like about this place.

Awful experience. Roaches everywhere, very run down and my sister and I had people follow us back to our hotel room while drug deals were going on around back. We didn't stay more than one day. Not to mention it's non-refundable and I can see why they make it that way.

Had a great time considering what we paid. The room was top-notch, all modern and cool. Loved having a tub and toilet in there, made our stay even better. The location was spot on, we could easily get around on foot. It was nice and peaceful around there. 🌟

The refrigerator could have worked. Had to keep all my beer on ice in the trash can. Room temp was colder than the fridge.

They provided me with a large room including a bathroom and tub, and the facilities were impeccably clean with all the amenities I could need.

The Rooms could of been cleaner The Carpet was very dirty. Look and felt like they had not been shampoo in years. Furniture was falling apart. And for some reason someone put me down as a weekly renter. So had to go to the office to get Towels and sheets every day. The Office was very dirty. I could of Paid $23.00 more for the weekly rate. So I feel that it was very high for three nights. Also the T.V was very Old and was going out. As for the Bed's the were very Old and was falling apart.

Exceptional value for a bright and incredibly beautiful 3-star hotel. Very friendly and caring staff made for an enjoyable experience. Well-priced, pet-friendly rooms with tub and toilet. Very good facilities available. Ideal location in a nice area with a nice pool.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and that smoking was available. Also the fridge and microwave.

Limited outlets for accessories such as cell phone chargers and computer.

Affordable and pet-friendly room with a bathtub in the bathroom, complete with smoke detectors for safety. They've got a good spread for breakfast. Everyone working here is super nice, and the surroundings are top-notch and just right. 🌟

This place was really nice. We had a great time here; it was bright and spotless. The lobby was a great spot for breakfast.

It was the cheapest I could find

Sink clogged, holes everywhere, duct tape holding towel bar up, tub and floor looked dirty, no fridge

Reasonably priced room with 1 bed, I had a really enjoyable stay. Everywhere there was clean. Stunning and exceptionally nice location very close to shopping centers, met the purpose.

The friendly staff and front desk and 10% off Waffle House breakfast

Carpet and border coming off the wall. Very dirty carpet and paint the bed was half slanted. Needs to be updated, painted and dep deep cleaning
